Então, existe um verbo composto em inglês que é "to do (some) sightseeing", e significa basicamente "visitar os pontos turísticos (de um lugar)". Nós infelizmente não temos um verbo equivalente em português, por isso a confusão é normal.
Então, não é possível dizer "to visit some sightseeing". Mas você poderia dizer talvez:
Entre outras. Mas é importante aprender esse verbo também, porque ele é bem comum em inglês.
